Disney Themed Baby Quilt Modern Girl Pinwheel Baby or Toddler Quilt, Wall or Lap Quilt - Pink, Purple and Aqua

The new young lady in your life might enjoy the bright purple, pink and aqua
color scheme of this "Disney" themed bordered pinwheels baby quilt. This quilt
features outer borders of a multi-colored purple background "Frozen" print with
a white-on-white damask print fabric as the background fabric used in the
piecing of this fun and cheerful Modern style handmade quilt. I used an
assortment of purple, lavender, pink, aqua and turquoise "Disney" theme fabrics
including from "Frozen", "Cinderella" and "Little Mermaid" plus various
contrast prints to make the pieced pinwheel blocks and small square end
borders. Perfect as a gift for a loved one or treat yourself. It measures
approximately 38 inches X 45 inches and could be used as a crib quilt, baby or
toddler play mat, a toddler bed topper, or as a lap quilt or wall hanging. A
hanging sleeve was added to the back so this quilt could be used as a wall
hanging.
The back of the quilt a lavender background multicolored polka dot print
fabric. I used Hobb's Premium Heirloom batting of 80% cotton and 20% polyester
that was used for softness and puff. The all over quilting design is a
whimsical looping circles pantograph design the quilt was machine quilted with
white quilting thread on the front with lavender thread on the back. For the
double fold binding I chose a pink background "Disney" fabric. The binding was
hand stitched to the back for a smooth finish.

Made in my smoke free home. This quilt is well made and meant to be used and
is machine washable on gentle cycle and can be tumble dried on low heat or line
dried. I suggest using "color catcher" sheets when laundering JIC since some of
the fabrics have not been prewashed.
